Ready-to-Wear Items

Selected pieces are available and ready to be dispatched. These items do not require production time.

Made-to-Order Items

Each made-to-order Bouhke piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production, although orders are usually completed sooner. This timeframe allows us to create and quality-check each piece to our standards.

United Kingdom

UK orders are shipped from the UAE via DHL and UPS. Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Our shipping provider has confirmed that no additional import duties or taxes are payable on delivery for UK shipments.

Europe

European orders are shipped from the UAE via DHL and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for delivery after dispatch, depending on the destination and selected service.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import VAT and handling fees. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the customer before delivery.

United States

US orders are shipped via USPS and DHL. Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders delivered outside the UK, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Customs regulations and charges vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for an estimate of any additional costs before placing an order.

Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs charges or other delivery issues, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred and the cost of returning the parcel to Bouhke.

Where applicable and permitted by law, these costs may be deducted from the refund once the returned parcel has been received.
