RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At BOUHKE, each design is produced in limited quantities and finished by hand. We take great pride in the quality of our pieces, and every order goes through an extensive quality-control process before it leaves us.
We want you to feel confident when placing your order, so please read the product details and refer to our size guide carefully before purchasing. All orders are non-refundable, and we do not offer store credit.
We understand that choosing the right size online is not always straightforward. In exceptional circumstances, where an item does not fit as expected, we may consider an exchange for another size. Each request is reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed. Exchanges will depend on the item being eligible, its condition and the replacement size being available. An item can only be exchanged once.
Please contact us at bouhke@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to request an exchange. Your email should include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Please do not send your item back until you have received confirmation and return instructions from BOUHKE, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Once an exchange has been approved, the item must be returned unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. All original tags must remain attached, and the item must not have been washed, worn, altered or damaged. We cannot accept items showing signs of wear or carrying perfume, body odour, makeup, marks or stains. Where an item does not meet these conditions, the exchange will be declined and the item will be returned to the original delivery address.
Sale or reduced items and discontinued designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are also unable to accept exchanges on pre-order, made-to-order, made-to-measure, personalised or custom pieces. For hygiene reasons, hijabs and scarves cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders arranged separately through email, Instagram or direct message are considered one-off orders and are final sale.
Replacement sizes cannot be reserved while an item is being returned. Once we have received and inspected your item, please allow up to 10 working days for the exchange to be processed.
Although every BOUHKE order is thoroughly checked before dispatch, in the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at bouhke@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a clear explanation of the issue and supporting photographs so that we can review your claim. We may be unable to consider claims submitted after this timeframe.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item and sending the replacement unless BOUHKE confirms that the original item was faulty. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost, damaged, stolen or do not reach us.
